HUGE shout out to Sweetwater Pies! My daughter has celiac disease and has not had pie in years. Yes, you read that right, YEARS. I contacted Nilou Gibson when I saw her post about key lime pies and asked if she made gluten free. To my surprise and delight, she said she did. We had our pie tonight.
